SHIPPING

Our aim is to dispatch orders within 2 working days after your order has been placed (Tuesday to Friday). During seasonal restocks and busier periods ie. the run up to Christmas our dispatch times will average between 1 - 4 working days.

Delivery charges (UK and International) will be automatically applied to your order during the checkout process.

Our UK delivery charge currently is £3.50 Royal Mail 48 Tracked for orders up to £34.99 and FREE for orders over £35.

Currently we are using Royal Mail 48 Tracked service which aims to deliver within 2-3 working days (from dispatch date), however this is an aim, not a guarantee and can’t be changed.

Please contact us all.that.wax@gmail.com only if you haven`t received your order within 10 working days (Mon - Fri exc. bank holidays).

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).

An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

- you provided the wrong address for delivery

- there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided

- the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible

- the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed

- if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery
